At Ray Hair Extensions, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products worldwide. Due to the nature of our products, strict hygiene and quality control policies apply.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Product must not be opened, altered, washed, dyed, cut, styled, or tampered with in any way
Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions and wigs that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Custom-made products, personalized wigs, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
14-Day Return Guarantee
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, full name, and reason for return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once approved.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once the order is in production or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a return shipping solution and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Legal & Protection Notice
Ray Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or altered during return shipping.
Any misuse, fraudulent claims, or chargeback abuse may result in refusal of future service.
