Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation.

Custom-made wigs (based on your selected size, cap size, density, and specifications) require an additional 3 business days for preparation before shipping.

Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or high-demand seasons.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after processing) are typically 3-8 business days to destinations such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Israel.

In rare cases, international shipping may take 5-10 business days or longer, particularly for remote areas or countries with slower logistics systems, such as South Africa and Nigeria.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

International Taxes and Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid directly to the shipping carrier or local government. Therefore, they are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must contact your local carrier first to locate the shipment.

Ray Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, carrier delays, or governmental actions.
